Basic Mat Pilates: Classic Pilates mat work with some
stretching to improve core awareness, posture, and increase muscle flexibility and strength. Gentle approach to Pilates
mat work.
Hatha Yoga 1: Classes draw from a variety of yoga traditions giving students an eclectic yoga experience. Each session
focuses not only on flexibility and relaxation but also on strength—inner and outer. All levels welcome.
Yoga Pilates 1: Work to build core strength with basic mat Pilates techniques while providing the entire body with strength and release
through yoga postures. All levels welcome.
Hatha Yoga 1-2: These sessions will add to our Hatha
Yoga practice with more dynamic yoga postures and longer standing sequencing.
May not be appropraite for beginners.
Pilates Mat Plus: Expect a strong core conditioning
& toning session plus focused stretching and lengthening of the body. Some skill and fitness level required.
Flow Yoga 2: These classes are the perfect
blend of movement, strength, stretch and focus. Ananda means bliss and in these 75 minute sessions you will discover the
joy of movement in your body. Some skill and fitness level helpful.
Kundalini Yoga is the science and art of Awareness.
This process Provides for a safe adn practical hands on approach. In class we will be using breath rythms, mantras & mudras,
with specific body movements and meditations. Kundalini Yoga breaks through walls of blocked commotional and emotional energies,
freeing our bodies, mind and spirit, as we stimulate our creativity, increase our mental energy and heighten our concentration
so we can esperience greater happiness. All this adn more can be experienced through a rhythmic practice.
