Hatha Yoga 1: Draws from a variety of yoga traditions and gives students an ecletic yoga experience.  Each session focuses on attaining three goals: inner and outer strength, flexibility, and relaxation.  All levels welcome.

 

 

Hatha Yoga 1-2: Builds upong Hatha Yoga 1 fundamentals and introduces some inversions and elements of Flow Yoga.  All levels welcome; however, not appropiate for some beginners.  

 

Prenatal Yoga:  Experience and develop a special bond with your developing baby.  Mom learns to appreciate her beautiful changing body, ease discomfort during her pregnancy, and prepare for childbirth.  All levels welcome.

 

Kundalini Yoga: Meditative and active classes focus on students' physical, energetic, and spiritual bodies.  It is the science and art of awareness.  Kriyas, movements to ignite engery, are used to unite body, mind , and soul.  All levels welcome. 

 

Pilates: Progressively and gradually aquire a true, natural rythym that completely coordinates the mind, body, and spirit.  Students learn to uniformly develop their bodies, restore their physical vitality, invigorate their minds, and elevate their spirit.  All levels welcome. 

 

Kids' Yoga:  Develop body awareness, flexibility, and coordination in these fun and cooperative classes that draw from nature and animal influences.  Students will also learn calming and centering breathing techniques.  All levels welcome.
